The last AI agent you need

Growth that runs without you.

Zway's AI builds your growth strategy. A trained operations team executes it every day, on your channels, in your voice. You stay heads-down building.

Not self-serve. We take on a limited number of companies each month.

The model

Two layers. One system.

The machine researches and drafts. A trained operator publishes it and puts their name on it. Every unit of work carries both.

  • AI research and strategy

Builds five source documents on your product, market, competitors, voice, and content strategy, then drafts the work against them.

  • Trained human operators

A named operator posts from accounts you own and authorise, every day, in your voice, disclosing the relationship where it matters.

  • Live, logged reporting

Every asset is logged with the operator, the publish time, and a link to the live post. Reviewed weekly, not once a quarter.

Machine layer

Five documents, before a single word ships.

Day three of every engagement: your product, market, competitors, voice, and content strategy, drafted for your corrections. Everything downstream is built on these, so the machine's judgement is checkable rather than a black box.

  • Product, market, and competitor documents
  • A founder voice document, corrected weekly
  • A content strategy tied to named channels
  • product-doc.mdReady
  • market-doc.mdReady
  • competitor-doc.mdReady
  • voice-doc.mdReady
  • content-strategy.mdReady
  • Reddit reply, r/SaaSshipped 09:42
  • LinkedIn post, founder voiceshipped 10:15
  • 4 Hacker News threadsshipped 11:48
  • Creator outreach, 6 sentshipped 14:30

Human layer

Real accounts, real standing.

Reddit, Hacker News, LinkedIn, X, and the niche communities where a new account gets ignored and a known one gets read. Operators participate before they promote, which is the reason an API cannot do this part.

  • Full review, spot check, or autopilot per channel
  • No fake personas, reviews, or sockpuppets, ever
  • A named operator behind every published asset

Proof, not a pitch deck

Every row is a real unit of work, with a time against it.

Blue is the machine. Green is the person who put their name on it and published it.

Questions founders ask first

What exactly is Zway?
Zway is a growth marketing execution service. An AI layer researches your company, builds the strategy, and drafts the work. A trained human operations team then publishes it daily on your own channels, in your voice. There is no self-serve product and no dashboard to log into. Every engagement starts with a demo call.
How is this different from an AI marketing product?
Those stop at the draft. Several can publish through an API to a blog, a LinkedIn profile, or an X account, and that part is genuinely solved. What they cannot do is post where the account needs real history, reply to an objection live and in context, or carry a creator relationship past the first message.
If AI is this capable, why does the human layer matter?
Because your customers are human. AI can build the product, write the draft, and plan the quarter. It cannot hold standing in a community, read a room, or be trusted by a moderator. The last mile of distribution is a trust problem rather than a writing problem, and trust is still issued to people.
What happens in the first thirty days?
Day one: a founder interview, a product demo, and a written thirty-day plan. Day three: five source documents covering your product, market, competitors, voice, and content strategy, drafted for your corrections. Day seven: the first assets ship. Day thirty: the first reporting cycle, and the plan is rewritten against what actually worked.
Who actually posts, and from which accounts?
Trained operators post from accounts you own and authorise, or from your own account with your sign-off. We prefer delegated access, such as an admin role on your own page, over shared passwords. We do not create fake personas, fake reviews, or sockpuppet accounts, and we do not astroturf communities.
How do approvals work?
You choose the mode per channel. Full review means nothing ships without your explicit approval. Spot check means you approve a sample and operators ship the rest. Autopilot means named channels run without you, against written escalation rules. You can change the mode on any channel at any time.
Which channels do you run?
Reddit, Hacker News, LinkedIn, X, niche communities, SEO, generative engine optimization, YouTube, newsletters, creator and influencer campaigns, product launches, and paid social. Not all of them for any one company. The demo call is where we tell you which are worth your time and which are not.
Can you really post on Reddit and Hacker News?
Yes, and this is exactly where automated products stop. Both platforms are built to resist automation. Hacker News has no posting API and bans generated text outright. Reddit communities weigh account age and standing before they weigh what you wrote. Those are human problems, so they get human operators.
What is generative engine optimization, and do I need it?
It is the work of becoming the source that AI answer engines cite when someone asks a question in your category. More searches now end inside an answer rather than on a results page. If a competitor's content is the thing being quoted and yours is not, that citation is not a position you can bid on later.
What will Zway refuse to do?
Create fake personas, fake reviews, or sockpuppet accounts. Astroturf a community. Post from an account you have not authorised. Claim results you did not get. Run a channel where the only way to win is to break its rules. If a tactic would embarrass you were it made public, it does not get run.
Do I keep my accounts and content if we stop?
Yes. They were always yours. Our access is revoked when the engagement ends, the accounts stay with you, and your source documents and published work are handed over. Nothing of value lives only inside Zway and disappears when you leave.
How do I know the work is really happening?
Every piece of work is logged with what shipped, where, when, and which operator shipped it. You can open any channel and see the post itself. The reporting cycle sets that record against what the plan said would happen, including the parts that did not work.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is quoted on the demo call and scoped by how many channels you want run and how much operator time they need. We do not publish a price list, because a single-channel engagement and a full distribution program are not the same piece of work. You will have a number before you have a contract.
When will I see results?
The first work ships in week one. Signals that mean something, such as replies, qualified traffic, and inbound mentions, take longer. Channels that reward standing, like Reddit and niche communities, ramp more slowly by design, because standing cannot be bought and shortcuts there get accounts banned.
Why do you only take a limited number of companies each month?
Because the constraint is trained operators, not compute. An operator carries a real load of accounts and channels, and every new client needs one who knows the system and has the hours to run it properly. Growing that team is a hiring and training problem, so intake is capped at what can actually be staffed.
